I do not have a 3d picture of the box

I just noticed this project. I hope I still have time to complete my submission before you select a winner. But I just have one question.

To clarify: Are you wanting the design to repeat on all 5 sides [a specific division per side] (4 sides and the top)...
...Or are you wanting a single design that represents all 5 divisions and repeated on all 5 sides (excluding the bottom where contact info goes)?
