Reading through your design brief, it seems to me that your requirement of 4 pages indicates that you are looking for a brochure and not a flyer (a single page) so perhaps it would be helpful if you could write a narrative or description of what you might like to see in those pages. I would also suggest that your budget is a little low for such work.
