Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi there - I need some help cleaning up and creating a professional but fresh logo for my new investment firm. I've attached two examples here. The first one I created; the second is an image I'd like to consider using - the circles that also look like a "C" for Clearhaven. My firm invests in growing software-defined technology companies. Our culture is about authenticity, transparency and partnership. I would like to have that reflected in a clean, simple logo and color palette along the lines of the examples. I need to have the full, hi-res images in multiple forms (i.e. full name plus logo image, just logo image, horizontal logo, square / vertical logo, etc. as this will be used for multiple reasons such as website, business cards, letterhead and others.
