Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need an 8 1/2 x 11 flyer to show potential clients what we do. We would like to have it double sided. The back should have a description of our major services. With the front, we need some creativity. We'd like to have our logo and we'd like to have something visual that gives the message of what we do. We give buyers a tour of homes for sale using photos, video and 3D tours, as if they were there but they can be anywhere using a computer, tablet or mobile device. The front should also have the tagline " Your 24/7 Open House Starts Here." If that's not possible design something modern and eye catching with our logo as the centerpiece. Note: Matterport and iGuide are two services that we offer. The logos are attached. They do not have to be included. We are including them here in case you feel you can use them. Our "HomeTourVision" is the most important. We are uploading a previous flyer to show what we use. The back has a description of each service. We'd like use the the text and descriptions of this flyer but add the starting pricet o the services on the back.
