This is a one to one project but you started it to be open for other designers?

This is not a brochure for Thrive Senior Living. This a brochure for the Atlantic General Surgery Center and Outpatient Facility that is coming soon. So you can use Coming Soon at the top if you want, or something like that. Thrive does not need to be mentioned. Sina Companies logo needs to be not huge, but noticeable on the front and back. And I would prefer to have borders or bullets, or overall something that shows less blank white page than a lot of what I am seeing.
