Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo redesign for an apartment complex in Sarasota Florida. We own several apartment complexes and frequently will change either the name and/or logo when we purchase them. This complex has a very dated logo and signage and we want them freshened up. This is a 55 and older only community so it needs to fit in with an older generation. This community also has a cap on what we can charge for rents. That means that people can afford to live in Sarasota without paying a huge amount. Often our residents stay the rest of their life at our complex. We look forward to your ideas. I am attaching pictures of the current signs and complex so that you can get a feel. We do not plan to change the colors of the buildings so we would want something that compliments it.<br/><br/>The complex is called Bayou Oaks because it is situated in a bayou and has a lot of oak trees in the area. We don't necessarily have to use this in the logo though.
