Extended deadline to 12/31 because of holiday conflicts and to get reviewers feedback

I have submitted my work again,I hope you like it, please go through it once
and tell me if it is worth your company's prestige.
I tried to include all the ideas of the name into one single design, the design contains the initials of the name, also an upward sign representing north and also stars just like you asked.
The colors and the font in the design can be changed.
Please, also kindly tell me my shortcomings, if any?
