Our healthcare company, Axiom Healthcare Services, is upgrading it's Operating Model in 2020 and seeking an elevated professional rendering of the model's graphic. <br/><br/>Axiom Healthcare Services is a senior healthcare services company that provides expertise to skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, behavioral health hospitals, home pluses, and beyond. <br/><br/>Included below is a 2-D draft version of the model (ILEE Operating Model 12-20-19 .pdf). We are wanting to convert this 2-D rendering into a 3-D version that includes texture, depth and dimension. To assist with this: <br/><br/>1. HEART - we want the heart to be:<br/>A. 3-D and textured using the Black Panther Costume.png and Captain America Costume.png as inspiration.<br/>B. Color should be red, feel free to play with tone and please give special attention to shading to create 3-D effect. <br/><br/>2. WINGS - we want the wings to be:<br/>A. 3-D and textured using the Shirt Texture.jpg and Carbon Fiber.png as inspiration.<br/>B. Color should be gray, feel free to play with tone and please give special attention to shading to create 3-D effect.<br/><br/>3. WHOLE GRAPHIC:<br/>A. The attached PDF is 2-D, but we REALLY want the whole graphic to have a 3-D effect. Take liberty playing with drop shadows, perspective, background, depth, tilt, etc.<br/><br/>IMPORTANT: the winning design and designer must agree to making small modifications in the event that the rendering is close to what we want but not 100%. <br/><br/>The illustrator file to work from is attached. There is a file with active fonts, and one with outlined fonts as the fonts were unable to be included due to Adobe Typekit copyright.

• The words that are capitalized, please keep capitalized. Okay to play with font.
• The descriptive words in script, keep un-capitalized. Okay to play with font.
• "Creativity" and "Innovation" would ideally be in calligraphy.

• If you are passionate about colors other than red and gray and feel they work well in the design, feel free to experiment.
