Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I need a slick background for my LinkedIn and other sites. I like the attached logo a lot but it is a back of a business card and is not smooth. I would like this logo and the same theme (black) in some kind of visual manner and receptive to 3D style graphics as well. Receptive to other ideas as well.

I just attached the full logo so you can incorporate that as well. Go ahead and design something around those 2 items. I am a Freelance, Consulting, Contracting person with the aim to provide services in an inspirational manner and not the typical lack of energy. That is the point of of Inspired Quality with the Vision of iQ being 'Lead any Project to Inspire'. So I need a cool Social media header or cover.
