Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am in a meditation and arbitration business. Just a brief introduction, in both, I'm a neutral third party and I help people who are in conflict (or dispute) find a solution. There are differences in mediation and arbitration whereby the former, the disputing parties find a resolution with my help but I don't impose a resolution on them. In the latter, I hear all the evidence from the parties and make a decision or a ruling regarding the dispute. <br/><br/>I'm looking for a logo design that would encompass the ideas of: Justice, fairness, resolution and individuals values.<br/>1. people's many "layers" of underlying interests (from their values to the surface positions) - I feel that a tree and the tree trunk might depict this idea; one cant see the forest because of the tree and one cant understand a tree without seeing its roots. This is important in mediation for the parties to see the underlying interests and see the common interests which in turn help them reach a solution. <br/>2. Conflict to resolution - people being able to move on with life and put their conflicts behind or have a working relationship for the future.<br/>3. Natural justice (fairness throughout the entire arbitration process) - a living tree as the law/justice that governs the decision making of an arbitrator.
