Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am looking for a simple yet classy design for my company called " Woodchurch Properties Limited". The company is to do with home refurbishment/construction so I would like a nice house to be included within the design (possibly being partly refurbished/constructed - something along those lines) and as its in an area where there are lots of trees i have the thought of a big oak tree next to the house (i give you free rein to decide what is best). Preferably i would like the name of the company below the image. As mentioned before, simplicity but class is the real goal here as we finish every project to the highest of standards.
