Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our rock band, "The Troumatics". Yes, it's spelled correctly with "ou". The logo is a 1 or 2 color rendering & simplification of the photo of the surgeon's head that is attached (surgn-Lo-res.jpg). Similar in style, possibly to the other 2 clip arts that are attached. "The Troumatics" needs to appear either below the surgeons mask at neck area (wrapped around to match the contour of mask) or above the surgeons head as part of or on the surgeon's hat. It will be used on merchandise (hats, t-shirts,etc) for the band and maybe the album cover.
