Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello. I am working on a branding project for a client "Texas Beef Company." They are looking for a logo to represent their new brand. The company raises cattle on sustainable farms in Texas and delivers beef to consumers throughout the USA. All cattle is organically fed, farm raised, natural and fresh. The logo will be featured on merchandise. Guidelines are as follows:
1. The Logo should read TX Beef Co.
2. The tag line 'Grass Fed Fresh. 'should be incorporated.
3. Should have a distressed look.
4. The iconic shape of the state of Texas can be incorporated into the logo but this is NOT essential. Please do not use pictures or graphic of cattle.
5. We like the idea of the TX looking like a cattle branding iron(see examples)
