WHAT WE DO
Reconnect living Services Australia is authorised by NDIS to provide wide range of care and support to participants with disability in the following care groups:

1. Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transitions and supports.
2. Assistance with daily life tasks in a group of shared living arrangement.
3. Assistance in daily living and life skills.
4. Assistance with daily personal activities.
5. Participation in community, social and civic activities.
