Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Looking for a logo for a retail and commercial office building. <br/><br/>The building is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and will be called “11 Bell & 15 East”. <br/><br/>The building is around 60 years old and the refurbishment pays respect to its heritage by retaining much of the original brickwork in the lobbies as well as a section of 100yr old heritage façade, however it will be very modern finish with strip LED Lighting and full height glazing to promote natural light penetration into the middle of the large floor plates on the commercial level.<br/><br/>The dominant materials used are black steel framing / brickwork / polished concrete / some timber stair treads with some grey textured feature panneling in the common areas. <br/><br/>The building has two street frontages<br/><br/>- 11 Bell St (Office frontage / possibly medical or service based industry i.e. xray, health professionals etc) <br/>- 15 East St (Retail frontage with a Pharmacy and Medical Practice) <br/><br/>Logo Details <br/>The logo needs to feature the generally text only “11 Bell & 15 East” without any pictures or other complicated graphics<br/><br/>The design should differentiate between the Bell St frontage and the East St frontage. <br/><br/>The logo will feature as 3D Signage on the façade, directory signage in common areas and marketing collateral, letter heads etc. <br/><br/>Prefer not to have cursive writing in the logo and would prefer very easy to ready simply text, which can also be easily made into 3d Signage. <br/><br/>We are open to dropping the St and showing 11 Bell & 15 East (As opposed to 11 Bell St & 15 East St)<br/><br/>Happy designing!!<br/>
