Resumen de Diseño de Brochure

We need a multi-page brochure (10pg) for our small architectural office.
After the long real estate crisis in Greece we're intend to reborn our architectural planning services, to relocate our targets and to communicate the philosophy in the new era of commercial buildings:
Modern architectural language, Highly energy efficient buildings with green and passive oriented design and functional details. Multifamily housing, Office buildings, Hotels, Refurbishment and Interiors from a group of new architects collaborators and an experienced leader.
We need fresh, clever styling with minimal expression and reach meanings. Written in two languages (ENG-GR) the fonts must be compatible. The solution of an digital and non-printed brochure, for on-line sharing, its a possibility and maybe unlock animated and / or AR solutions. The green color -as attached- will be appreciated.

Please provide your professional opinion about the set up of the pages.
An idea given: minimal frontpage, 2-3nd pages "about us" and "contents with photo and some minor text, and every next page refers one selected project with photo and some text for two languages (4-7 pages projects), pages 8-9 listed works-projects, collaborators, clients.
