The company is a Real estate realty based in Miami.
Is targeted to Latin American clients.
Must express luxury, and efficiency.
Target clients for properties around 250k to a million +.
Regia means Royal in Latin.
Should communicate safety and knowledge of the product and transaction with a tech edge.

The web design needs to be a Social tool, with Facebook and other media integration of some sort. Needs to have a Show case place, a Search place (MLS listings) with maps and filters.
Needs to reflect luxury but also mixed with a social edge capable of engaging clients or transition them to communicate with the page.
Include the logo from the uploaded files, feel free to change the color or font per webdesign.
This is a Front en design, layout and graphics.
Possible future programming if approved.
