Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Design new logo for spinoff of existing real estate development business. New company will be a financing arm, capital provider to the development industry. I've attached existing logos. Want a fresh alternative. Something incorporating the name of the new company, the color Silver, Heights or mountains. Alternatively, we can just use the company name with a fresh font and box around it. Open to ideas. Would like the logo to either be all silver or a combination of silver and dark/navy blue or silver and forest green.
