Hi, since I cannot leave a message when submiting a design I'll put the idea behind it here:

The provided information contains symptoms that cannot be used to distinguish among the three diseases (e.g. sore throat applies to all three)
In my understanding, the purpose of this infographic is to help people decide which one they were infected by rather than introducing all possible symptoms.
Thus, to keep the infographic simple to read and to the point, I only keep the relevant symptoms in the self-diagnose flowchart. I hope this makes sense :)
