Hi, sorry for previous message, typing on my phone:-/ I appreciate the invite, that is why. I took the time to submit to your contest. I only submitted a rough concept, and you rated as 1 star, with no feedback. I will ask that you remove, I have withdrawn for for contest and these ratings adversely affect designers standings. The reason I decided to enter.... was your invite and the fact that my restaurant in Virginia, run by husband has been shut down...only takeout. due to COVID19. Trying to make $$ to offset. (I haven't participated in months, we have a very successful fine dining establishment that fortunately pays bills, employees etc. I know a lot of designers here struggling because of COVID-19. So I ask that at least provide feedback, I guarantee you will get better results for your new menu:)

I have previously spoken to DesignCrowd about when designers ask for ratings to be dropped. The star ratings are for my needs to sort through all the designs. This isn't my first project. I have used this service for like, a dozen projects. According to customer help, the stars are for my use to sort. Sorry if this is offensive. But I use them to look at all prospects.

And to that end, your design wasn't even completed. It was partly done, not well done, nor completed. I'm getting 100% beautifully designed menu board templates and I get one from you that is like, not even finished. Half of it was blank! What did you expect? 5 stars for a job half done? Sorry for your financial woes. I have them 2. I own 2 companies that will be struggling in days. But if that's the case, give it 100%.

Thank you for your reply! I apologize if I came off harsh. I am happy that you are getting great designs, there are a lot of great designers here! I usually provide a rough idea, with look and feel when doing a text heavy design (opposed to a logo;-) I ve been doing this for 21yrs and worked as a creative director for a countertop mfr, this is how I present a project, concept. I'm sorry if you thought it unfinished, it was just to see if the design direction was one that you liked!
