Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have two separate logos that need to be designed. They are related and have to have similar color schemes.

Pay machine is a third-person process that pays bills for clients. The icon with the gears is the one we have been using and feel that it can be better.

Secret Payments is also a third-person process that anonymously pays bills for clients. The icon with the hat and mustache is our old icon and needs some work. I like the vibe of one guy handing something to another guy secretly. Maybe someone handing cash behind their back to someone else or having a person between the two moving something in a secret manner.
