Resumen de Diseño Web

This website is to be made completely new with Worpreess / Divi. I am at the beginning and have no idea about the design. The design is the focus of this order. After the first website I would like to use the design and colors for all other design products for business, which will be placed here as well.
On the website the services, the team, references ... should be separate pages. Please see the attached document. A very important part is the blog and the categories should be visible in the desktop view, vie widgets.

The site should be clear, well-arranged, but still convey freshness and vitality.
Our company offers consulting and online trainings for the following topics:
- Digital paperless office
- process optimization, digitalization
- Remote working and productivity
- Remote leadership
- remote project management
- Time management 4. 0
- Focus on the essentials

We do this in the form of:
- Keynote Speaking
- Facilitating
- Presentation

Our services are intended exclusively for companies.

What drives us?
We want to inspire our customers to work more green, lean digital and focus on the essentials. We are a team of three people who are digital nomads, but who also work offline on site.
I do have already webseites, but they are old, but give you an idea what we do: zeitgewinn-hamburg.de. and mrs-paperless.com.

One style of a web site I like is for example is that of "growmodo.com" Colors I thought so far, but I'm not sure, could be the color palette "vandal pigment" from canva.com or something similar to # f60b80a and # 39dfa7. But I am open for other suggestions.
I love simple and clear fonts. I like this contemporary style of sites, where you get most of the content on the mobile devices by scrolling.
