Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi guys,

I need a logo made for my online shopping village (think local supermarket or grocery chain).

Two logo's will be made up;

1. Birkenbak - Illawarra's online shopping village (pic attached as bv1)
2. Birkenbak Village

The appearance of the logo should be in line with a font like 'Sunset Boulevard by Woodcutter' (dafont.com). Please keep this 'style' in mind.

I want the logo to feel and look like a successful general store's logo from the 1940's. I want this to resemble a time when the world was at war and this shop was able to provide for the people of it's town. The logo should be a symbol of strength, reliability & hope. It will bold, strong and have character. You can use ideas and material from general stores of that period and art deco designs as well. It's almost like a fusion of the two.
