Resumen de Diseño Web

I'm looking to get a newly designed footer created for our website www.romansinternational.com - one version for Desktop and 1 trimmed down version for mobile. We have one in place at the moment but I want to start it from scratch and create something far better. I know what I want to include and I have a rough design to work from which I have included in the uploaded files and I am just looking for someone to give it a high end luxury design.

You do not have to stick to the layout of my design - feel free to change it about. I am open to colour but it needs to stay subtle and ideally working within Greyscale.

I am looking to have a black background but has a textured element to it. I was thinking along the lines of carbon fibre effect or even better would be a "Forged carbon fibre" effect in the background - I have included a screenshot of what ford carbon fibre looks like.
