We are a large-scale land developer in KL, Malaysia and are looking for an exciting and creative design for an upcoming project. The project consists of a set of commercial offices with 2 x towers of serviced apartments on top. The project has been labeled "Southbank Residences" and "Southbank Commerce" as it is situated next to a river. The project is a modern upmarket design and the logo will need to be in keeping with this theme. Logo should incorporate the wordings of the project.
