UPDATE TO BRIEF:

Vacation For Donations is a company that provides Charities with the Free Vacation Vouchers that they can use to incentivize donations to increase donations

So I need to keep it a little more template like the example url I gave. Because, I am going to provide template to ANY CHARITY TYPE and they just fill in the content into the template and change images or whatever for their charity. So I am really looking for a website template that can be used for multiple and different kinds of charities.

So where the logo would go please use YOUR LOGO HERE generic logo for now

and where ever you promote the Free Vacation Certificate To Las Vegas please add "Brought To You By" (logo vacation for donations or something...basically its a partnership with the Charity and Vacation For Donation)

So Vacation For Donation is a marketing company and not a Charity but more of a plug and play platform that allows a charity to accepts donations and immediately deliver the promised incentive offer after donation is made on the website.

When a Charity is able to offer a high perceived value gift for a donation they increase donations.
