Sorry, not sure what you're asking.

When you give one star means: "i really don't like!" that it is like "eliminate", but to designer broken ranking to work in this site, because it is a media of all stars he "earns". When go under 2,5 can't work no more.

Sounds like this maybe something you need to talk to "Design Crowd". Maybe have them inform customers on how and what impact ratings have for the designers. My apologies if I had an effect on your rating. Cheers.
