Resumen de Diseño Web

We're designing a website to sell Medicare Supplements. Attached is the content we want to say and general layout, but please use your best knowledge to make it better. This platform is intentionally simplistic because this is reaching an older demographic, so it should be very straightforward, attention-grabbing and extremely user-friendly, while still appearing reliable and professional.

This should be a two-page web design. The homepage has information on Medicare supplements (script in image attached below) along with a button to input zip code. This triggers a window to pop up asking for personal information (will also be listed in attachment).

This brings you to the second page that lists out the medicare supplement companies and plans based on inputed information. We just want to see the design you have in mind, so it doesn't matter what information you put in this section. Feel free to reference/replicate the information in image 3 in the doc. There should be a section where you can filter results by company, premium price, or coverage plans.
