Hi,
while the design is unique (to us at least) and refreshing departure from the rest (non-abstract), the connection between the bee/bug and the words "mad" or "work" is a bit too vague for people to grasp it instinctively - bees are very industrious yes, but the pictogram doesn't click on the emotion aspect there.
