I have a website www.thecomicalchemist.com that is currently down owing to issues with the inventory database management hosted on site ground., it;s been inactive for 2 years owing to loss of confidence with the original developer. I am on Ebay so you will be able see my business on Ebay (comic_alchemist) and instagram instagram.com/thecomicalchemist It is fully functioning (woo-commerce stripe account active) I want to redesign it and work out a perfect update system as I will have the same inventory listed on Ebay and need to be able to remove stock from my website, if it sells on Ebay. I assemble the data in a program called Combase which has quantities, titles and all other data fields which I export out on a CSV to update the website. There are 2 types of books that I sell on the site, raw books, books that have not been graded, and graded books (ones in cases with a third party grade certification) from various companies CGC, CBCS, PGX)
For Raw books we use the basic grading scale, also known as letter grades, uses the grades from Near Mint (highest) to Poor (lowest):
NM Near Mint
VF Very Fine
FN Fine
VG Very Good
GD Good
FR Fair
PR Poor
For third party Graded books we use the ten-point grading scale assigns grades ranging from 10.0 (highest) down to 0.5 (lowest):

When you check the existing website out you will see this on the CSV.

The reason I am detailing this is because the previous developer struggled with how to export the data that I provided in the CSV, so each time I would have to split the data and split the 2 product types manually on to 2 CSV's and then import to the website, I need a better solution for this as it made things very complicated. If there is a way to get data from ebay to the website and visa versa, that would be great. Also I have another company https://comics.gpanalysis.com/ and they take the CGC certification numbers and have a feed to available copies of CGC books which will push traffic to the website so that needs to implemented into the design too. I will retain the designer for monthly maintenance. I have social media pages on Twitter Facebook and instagram and the site does have feeds but the look of the design isn't cool looking and we sell rare books so I want this to look clean as well as function well too.
There is a lot of content on the site, but I have taken new images of the products, named the file extensions with all the important data, so it;s easy to match product pictures with the CSV. this takes hours so if we could find a way to feed the labelled product images files to speed up upload would really be a great thing. My original developer was not very experienced, so I was limited to what he could provide as far a solutions,for me but I need someone who understands my needs and can provide advice and advance professional solutions to the business needs. I currently have around 1700 products listed on Ebay, which is the most up to date inventory as far as graded books for sale on line is concerned, but I have 10k products. There is a company called hip comics that approached me to host my products on their site simply by pulling data from Ebay to populate listings on this third party site so I want to explore options of how I can implement feeds from my Comicbase, Ebay and GPA too.It has forms that need to be incorporated into the new design

Comic books are unviersal but with the rare books I sell it's 18-35 Comics and Comic Art market. Comics are popular culture. My logo was created by the designcrowd so there's history with you guys, loved the logo design let's make a website that has the same longevity! Help!
