would it be possible to make the metal with a little more shine and remove half the rivets again? Also could I get a file with just the shield and no words?

I think I have saying the wrong word. Shine - meant reflective. And remove half rivets again?
Also can I have a format with the logo with transparent background so I can use in all places?
