I'm sorry, I'm not sure what vector format mean?!

Logo file format in .ai or .eps or pdf.
If possible please send font names used.

Hi, will this sign have a bleed edge? - (colors extend beyond the edge of the 3' x 2' size so no white edge or border is visible).
Just wondering - FYI signs with bleeds are more expensive to print though.

Vector uses points, lines, and curves to create the art work or text that may be scaled up or down to any resolution without losing quality in the image itself - not blown out blurry. Most vector files would have a suffix at the end of SVG (scalable vector graphic) or Ai (adobe Illustrator) like filename.ai for example.
