Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I need an overview of user roles and their functions. It should be presented on a A4 page to be shown during customer visits, but also put into our company presentation if possible.

I made a drawing with the information which needs to be mentioned (if it is not properly readable, please let me know)
The user roles are for our webportal Qualit-e Cloud. To explain briefly: a producer can upload documents, and share them with distributors, who can use the same system to share documents with their customers. But a producer can also share documents directly with customers.

If you find a possibility to show these connections, may be with a document flying over to the right places, please try to implement this thought. Or additionally for the function: generate customer notification an email flying over to the distributor and customer. This could be flying over the top of the graph or underneath, or through it all, whatever works better without looking overloaded.

Producer and Distributor + are chargeable user accounts (you could add chargeable right underneath the title)

For the free distributor role I thought, this could all be slightly greyed out and have the Distributor + in more attractive colors. Producer and Customer can both be in attractive colors which stand out.

I tried to list the functions which are the same for different roles all on one line. May be you have a good idea about how not to let it look empty where there is no function mentioned?

Because I didn't have enough space, I didn't write docs properly as documents, or req.s as requests. Please choose a size where it is possible to write out the whole word.

as a background or generally, please use similar colors like on my website www.qualitecloud.com . To make something stand out, you can also use different colors.
