Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am building a new open source web server, Shuttlesock.
The name derives from 'shuttling network sockets', and being a pun on the badminton shuttlecock.

The logo should embrace the pun completely. A shuttlecock, lightly resembling the space shuttle, with a rocket engine strapped under it shooting out a flame.

Unlike my crude drawings, the design should not be busy-looking. Feel free to play with the relative dimensions of the elements (shuttlecock & flame size), and whatever else pops into your head. The result should be moderately simple, a bit odd, and streamlined.

• Some color -- the shuttlecock and flames should be chromatically distinct.

Agradable de tener

• Might be nice if the flame is white-hot on the inside, blue in the middle, and orange/red on the outside. Not sure if this will look good, I just like the idea of having a temperature-correct flame.
