I would love a redesign of my worksheet that encompassing working out outdoors with community and social engagement built into my service. I am transitioning from a service only into a service & product company at the moment. A redesign of my brand would best suit my launch. I offer outdoor workout services to all levels of cliental.

I would like a redesign of these 10 exercises on the pedestal worksheet. Clean, professional, easy to use drawings that others may look at in a pdf and do the activities on this sheet. I would like to retitle it with The City is Our Gym - Core. The photos of a woman doing a squat is another figure drawing that should be drawn in a simple, yet professional sketch of what the squat in action. This would lead to more exercises to be drawn with this specific style as I am in the process of writing a how to wellness book.
