Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

We are a not for profit surgical association that relies on income from its educational events. We are running an e-conference this year in place of our annual meeting.
We are looking for someone to design some graphics around a central theme. We will use the graphics on our web page, to produce an e-flyer to promote our event We would also like to use a 'special event' version of our current logo.
We would like the graphics to be themed based on our collection board from iSTOCK https://www.istockphoto.com/gb/collaboration/boards/g-UMslueG0eEJ__5KoB7vQ
Here are some keywords ideas:
Metallic; Futuristic; Computer Technology Data; Creating the perfect shoulder from data/computer - eg a bit the care creation picture from our board; Linking us all together to be stronger structure eg a bit like the nodal pictures from our board;
Linking us all together for better knowledge.
We use adobe creative suite inhouse so would like the graphics to be adaptable in case we need to change text inhouse etc.
We are looking for innovative and original designs - something that stands out and sells our e-event. It must feature the shoulder and elbow or arm joint in some form.
We would like the colours to be bold, futuristic, deep blues or purples, reds.
