The company is based out of Mexico named Punto Verde Inversiones llc. (Meaning Green Dot Investments), the company invests in multiple business sectors: loans to Mexican companies, stock market investing, real estate leasing in several states throughout Mexico as well as real housing real estate developement. It is also involved In managing stock ownership in automotive repair shops, seafood processing and exports etc... the company invests wherever there is an interesting financial return to be made regardless of the industry. The logo should reflect it’s dinamic and universal approach to investing as well as be simple and project the seriousness that financial resource investment should convey... I realize the name of the company probably projects an environmental or “green” idea, truth be said, the public company registry required 5 names... I came up with four good ones and I had to make up for a fifth one on the spot... right before having to register the names I was listening to the news on my car radio.... a blapunkt.... out of the five names that was the one the registry assigned... the logo should help correct this unfortunate link between company name and environment... As to color or variety of colors in the logo I think 2 or 3 colors should suffice, one color is also acceptable, it is intended to be used for all paperwork, business cards and building logo etc it should also be flexible enough so as to be able to make the logo on a three dimensional sculpted format , the size and shape should be flexible enough to fit on a presentation card as well as on building exterior signs.
