Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Logo creation needed. We are a new brand with a new website due to launch to the market in October. We need a number of logo design options for review internally. We are creating "The Ebay of Property", and our website will provide users access to a multitude of data points for each individual property to give property buyers and sellers more in-depth information and help them understand the true value of a property. Our mission is to give everyday people confidence and understanding of value in their property purchase experience. We'll be connecting buyers and sellers without the need of a real estate agent, and we'll be creating a fun, safe space for people to freely; explore, socialise, share, list homes, connecting directly without the need for third parties.

We want to see playful designs that convey a fun, fresh, modern and trustworthy brand that keep our consumer in mind. We are not looking for a B2B logo.

We are a global brand, and want to communicate the connectedness and transparency we are offering users. Our key word associations are:

  - Scalable: able to be used in marketing collateral, on a website, in social media advertising
  - Can be used as we move into the development of an app i.e. an identifiable icon such as Facebook or Instagram or Tik Tok
  - Responsive: landscape use (i.e. brand name beside the icon/logo, or brand name designed as logo similar to Netflix/Facebook etc.), brand name within the logo, icon only use that can be seen in the web browser tab online
  - Max. 3 colours within the pallet
  - Clean, fresh, easy to read
