Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This logo is for my existing blog brand, and soon to be apparel and drinkware brand (with the same name): The Fighting Irish Martins (or even "Fighting Irish Martins" and dropping "The" if that makes more sense for the design)

Our following keeps growing and we are now expanding into offering printed giftware, mugs and apparel all handmade by me. 20% of all profits to fund scholarships for Canadian children with cerebral palsy to access private physiotherapy/occupational therapy programs, as therapies for CP are very limited in Canada, and the excellent private options that exist are out of financial reach for most families. My goal is to give away $1,000 a month after our first year, and more after that! :)

The name for my brand came from my sons: twin boys who were born prematurely and with several health conditions. The odds were stacked against them from birth onward... Our last name is Martin, and we're Irish, so the name "The Fighting Irish Martins" stuck. My twins continue to fight to thrive every day and have surpassed doctors' expectations in certain areas.

I use my platform to educate others about childhood disability and the lack of support in the public health system for special needs children (where I live), as well as show that our family life doesn't look all that different from a "typical" family: kids are kids, whether they have disabilities or not, and we love to get out and explore the world too (after COVID).

I would like the design to have a handlettered style to it and to have a 4 leaf clover/shamrock incorporated somehow. I am open to colour or black and white. I want the logo to communicate family, fun and strength.

The logo will be used on my website, social media, online shop pages mostly, with limited print use, if any. www.thefightingirishmartins.com
