Hello owner, can you reconsider the value you have put for your project. Coding your website would be very tiresome work for anyone. It usually takes a week long continuous effort to code a perfect website. If you are willing to increase the project value then it would be justified. I think all will agree. The project budget for coding is a generic budget.
We can not provide a full functional 5+ pages website as per your requirements.
We can only provide either 5 pages design or 1 home page design with its HTML/CSS for desktop and mobiles.
