Resumen de Diseño de Logo

UPDATE; After consultation with a business in another county that is using a similar name, we decided to make a change so that there is no marketplace confusion. Therefore please see the new name. Apologies for any difficulty this presents.
I need a logo designed for a product, Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss, that is used in the process of bio-remediation on both land and sea. It is to be exported from Canada to any country. It is often referred to as "Mother Nature's Solution" to oil and other toxic chemical spills.
Basically it is:
SPHAGNUM PEAT
MOSS ABSORBENT for:
Oils, paint, heavy metals and solvents.
I would like to see designs that reflect the fact that it is a natural product, that it has the ability to absorb to a great degree and that it is proudly Canadian. The colour green is preferable of course and I would like to use the colour red as well to convey a sense of urgency. There are plenty of companies that can be referenced that do the same type of work but a few examples I have noted are:
