We are looking for a logo for our start-up consulting group, “All In Consulting.”
Our company is focused on culture change.

We are looking for:
- A logo that is Clean, Simple, and Modern
- A logo that uses no more than three colors, the use of two colors is good too
- An easy to read font “we want it to be readable even when shrinking the image (we are open to using two different types of fonts)
- Playful imagery, that is creative
- Clean lines and simpler shapes (not highly complex)

We are a group of experts ranging from different ages, backgrounds, locations, expertise who work with a wide variety of organizations to help them achieve cultural change - in how people treat each other to be more inclusive and create more humane and resilient organizations.

Here are some of the main elements of our philosophy and culture to consider in the design:
* Being “all in” - Our work is about helping create organization cultures where everyone feels included, and people can bring their full level of engagement to the group. We move forward in solidarity to pursue collective success.

* Innovative - We want to be modern and creative in how we do our work. We are working to address complex problems that require new approaches and methods.
* Courageous and Brave - Our work is about having people challenge the status quo, which means being bold, courageous, and brave.
* Growth - People learn and grow through their work with us.
*Cultural humility - We don’t “tell people” how to be or what to do. We are more like partners and facilitators and coaches that help guide people and find the best solutions for themselves.
* Relationship & partnerships - We are all about relationships and partnerships with our clients, and in terms of the cultures that we help create. We help people work across differences and build trust with one another.

We will use our logo on our website, presentation slides, and marketing materials.

MULTIPLE logos
We would like two iterations for the final logo we choose:
1) A standard logo that can be used when there is adequate space (e.g., on our website, title slide of a PowerPoint or cover page of a report)
2) A smaller or simpler logo that can be used as an icon, perhaps just containing the phrase “All In” or just contains the primary shape. We may use this for example as a social media icon, or small logo on a page that is subtle.

WORDS to be incorporated in the logo
We are open to designs using the first two words of the name “All In” as parts of the logo (like FedEx does) so the logo is the name itself - and incorporating “Consulting” into it, perhaps at the bottom.
We are also open to having a design and shape with “All In Consulting” incorporated distinct from the shape.
We are also open to having the first letters “A” and “I” from All In, being incorporated into the shape design.
