Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We are an independently owned third generation scaffolding company. We install scaffolding for mostly construction purposes.
I need a design for a branded T/Shirt and Hoody that incorporates our logo and Company name as part of a design with imagery or graphics.
The target market for this design are construction workers ranging from 20 -45 primarily males, so we want the design to be cool and interesting. However the design needs to be tasteful and appropriate for all audiences. We are bored with companies who only put logos and company names on corporate clothing.
- We want a retail look similar to either Harley Davidson or surfing/ Skateboarding culture, Hispanic street art or Graffiti Art. It can be simple or extravagant.
- We want our Logo and Name to be prominent, but secondary to the artwork. The logo and fonts can be manipulated to meet the design objective, however the logo must remain red in color as per the attached logo.
- I need a simple design for the front left chest and the big art for the back of the hoody/T-Shirt.
- The design needs to be able to be used for silk-screening
- The copy we would want is: Armour Equipment, Scaffolding Co., Est. 1961, Calgary, AB. You can see through many examples online how this copy can be incorporated into a retail look.
- We live in Calgary which is close to the mountains, so background can be snow capped mountains, evergreeen trees, Sunshine, Prairies, etc.
- You can incorporate scaffolding as part of the design either prominently or subtly.
- You can incorporate the city of Calgary Skyline
