Thanks to everyone for submitting work. Currently the designs are going through polling and we are awaiting voting results now to decide the winning design.

Please note:
Where you received 1 star it means you did not read the original attached brief.
Where you received 2 star it means your design incorporated elements of the brief but did not meet the management consulting needs
Where you received 3 stars and above it has gone into polling now and will receive further updates.

When we started the process this was not known to us - so now that we are aware we've stopped using stars and told everyone to just eliminate designs and keep the ones with 3+ stars. Thanks for the information.
