The HHH Project provides tools and techniques to help all humans optimize their health and happiness. Happy Healthy Human Project combines a multitude of elements both old and new and from the East and the West. Incorporating everything from traditional training techniques like yoga, Tai Chi, and meditation to the latest in strength-training techniques all the way to biohacking and epigenetics.
