We do not feel comfortable as yet in making the payment guaranteed and will only do so closer to the end date.

The reason we are not comfortable is that we have not seen a logo as yet that resembles anything we are really after. Some are on the right track (and have read the brief) and others clearly haven't read the brief.

We are not after something new. We are after small alterations to the existing logo. We provided the working files for everyone to easily use them to reduce the work involved. So given we aren't after something from scratch and we have provided the working files, we would first like more confidence that someone will be able to meet our needs and are on the right track.
