Logo design + Business Card design for a small real estate company

Company background

Our company name is WinburyHome.
The company wants to have a different and innovative approach to buying property and help people achieve their project goals.
For many people, selling their house is an incredibly stressful time in their life.
WinburyHome wants to take the stress away by estimating, buying the property quickly and managing the legal process (notary). The whole experience for the client must be stress free, make people feel comfortable.

Logo requirements

1. We would like to see designs that communicate the above principles:
A logo design that exudes class and elegance
A logo design the shows being personable and that listens and understands the client’s needs

2. We want the logo to incorporate the text 'WinburyHome' and a graphic design that combines the letters ‘W’ and 'H' in a way that it symbolises the above principles. Ideally, the logo should visualise a luxury house / castle / building and should represents the feeling of home, comfort, luxury, class, elegance. Both the letter font and the graphic should be clear and simple and represent class and style. Think Hermes, D&G logo (attached).

WinburyHome must be one word.

3. The font should be chosen from google fonts. The font should be classic / royal. See attached picture for inspiration.

4. The colour scheme should be simple and stylish, can you present 3 different colour combinations:
grey and black
gold and black
champagne and black

We will use our logo (entire logo, or only the text, or only the graphic design) on our designs, on our business cards, on our website, etc.

Our target market is predominantly business to business (real estate agents) and property owners who are in need of moving quickly.
Presentation for these target groups is important, because they value elegance and class
