We need a visual identity for a new advertising campaign for our organisation based in Western Australia called Masonic Care WA. We offer housing for seniors in retirement villages (independent living villas). We would like to see designs for selling our villas in newspaper advertisements, Facebook posts and skyscraper and MREC banners online.
We will be editing these internally throughout the next 12 months so they should be designed as templates for us to update with copy and photos as we require. The designs should allow for photos of our villas, or lifestyle images to convey the desired emotional response.
Consistency across the layouts is crucial as we want the ads to be instantly recognisable as us!!
We are an organisation with traditional values though we like to embrace new ideas; nothing too out of the box though but nothing too old-fashioned.
NOTES
* Target audience: seniors (65-75) and their children who 'do the research; on their behalf (45-55), living in Australia, no specific income bracket.
* Our values: respect, integrity, care.
* Triggers for purchasing in a retirement village are: Maintaining independence, Socialisation, Freedom/Security, Downsizing their home, Finding a suitable home for ageing, Health/Life events.
* An appropriate google search for our competitors: "retirement living"
* Dimensions:
- Newspaper #1: 100mm x 133mm,
- Skyscaper: 160px x 600px,
- MREC: 300px x 250px
- Facebook Page ads across desktop and mobile,
* Brand colours: Blue (PMS 2768 C), Gold (PMS 465 C), and White.
* Please do not separate the logo mark ("Square and Compass") from the logo text as it is often misinterpreted as Freemasons.
