Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am a real estate agent selling land mainly. I need a logo to put on letter head, receipts and invoices etc. Mono is fine but would be interested in any options with colors that will still show in black print. Some creative around the initials of my company/trust structure would be great. Seems weird but I also have a small web hosting business that I run under this name. My company structure name is Minder Investments Pty Ltd t/a Davies Investment Trust, thats a mouthful so was just thinking of using the initials maybe with some creative icon or flair.
