UPDATE: Please see File 2 for the most recent content, the precise content to include into the design. Also, we want an image that will clearly present the 7-Step Management Process for our Framework for High Performance.

When someone clicks on any portion of the image you would design, it would open up a box that would give all of the details and subtext of that particular category. I trust you guys as designers to figure out this challenge. I am a content expert. I know the answers as to how to run a more effective business, but I don't have any idea how to effectively present my business process graphically! To be clear, these are only ideas; I need you to figure out this challenge. I know the business principles very well, but I don't know how to express them in a well designed image that can be clicked-on and then opens up to present the content under each category.

The image must be printable as well.

We need a clear, crisp way to present our unique 7-Step business process and philosophy such that executives can quickly and clearly assess our principles and business management process. We need a very professional, crisp, catchy design to incorporate our 7 categories and the written process points under each category headline.

I have attached what we are currently using, and it is not good! We print it out on a regular piece of paper and the font is too small and hard to read. Not thrilled with the colors, either. We need a totally new concept. A totally new design and process for executives to quickly and easily access this information.

This is the culmination of 35 years of consulting work, all boiled down into a single page, and candidly, the content is fantastic! But I need a MUCH better, cleaner, more crisp, more catchy and far more professional way to present this and give it to clients.

PLEASE NOTE: We will adjust some of the text or subtract or delete a word or line here or there. What is most important is your design approach to figure out how to present this quantity of information in an easy to read, easy to understand format.

I have attached updated content for you to cut and paste into your design.

• Professional. Crisp. Clear. Punchy. Easy to read. Easy to understand. The problem we have is that we need to retain all of these points, but it is a lot to read, I know. But these are all timeless business principles that we want our clients to be able to easily see, read and access in the moment. The current format of 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper doesn't seem to be adequate. Do we make it multiple pages, do we use a digital graphic and they can click on a particular section and then that section opens-us a box of additional text? We are open to any solution, but it must be clear, crisp, easy to read and look very highly designed, highly professional.
  
  The graphic design is most important. it must be printable and it should be set up so that if you click on any category header, the content behind that header will open up in a pop up screen to give you all the details.

• A flow. A flowchart. Easy to access. Easy to understand. Serious. Professional. It should feel like: We mean Business. That this is very professional. That these principles are world class, world leading process to improve business. It should look very professional, studius, scholarly, an executive would want to see this on her desk and use this tool throughout the day. It cannot be cartoonish in any way. It cannot use clip art or silly things.
